TERMS & CONDITIONS
Although you will be presented with and required to read and sign our terms and conditions upon delivery, we certainly prefer our clients to become familiar with them beforehand.
Please read the following terms & conditions that Coops Castles insist upon.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- The site should be cleared of any hazards i.e. broken glass, cans, stones, dog mess etc.
- The number of children allowed on the inflatable should not exceed the recommendation made by Coops Castles.
- The hirer (Coops Castles) has the right to cancel any bookings due to bad/unsafe weather conditions.
- Due to us having several cheques returned, we require cash payment upon delivery only.
- Children should be refrained form sitting on, or hanging from the castle walls as any damage will be charged to the customer!
- No food, drinks, face paint or any sharp instruments should be taken on to the inflatable. Jewellery and spectacles must also be removed.
- The customer/event organiser must ensure the safe keeping of the equipment for the entire duration of the hire. The customer/event organiser will be held directly responsible & liable for any loss or damage to the equipent whilst on hire.
- Richard Cooper trading as Coops Castles is totally exempt from liability for any injury caused to any person using any such hired equipment from Coops Castles.
- Richard Cooper advises the customer/event organiser to ensure they make their own arrangements for injury insurance which they feel may be necessary whilst the castle & other equipments is/are on their premises.
